We met on Instagram -me, admiring the group of friends that turned their love of history, archaeology and wine into an exciting club and they, in turn, finding a local wine tour operator to make their stories into a wine tour that they can share with club members! It was a wonderful tour!
We toured the sites of the Panhellenic Games and tasted the wines grown in these regions. They were impressed by the local, indigenous varieties. Meeting the winemakers and sitting together on the same table, to taste their wines, was an exhilarating experience.
