What is the Mediterranean diet? What are the food choices that make us live longer and healthier lives? Is soil and terroir important when growing vegetables? Some of the questions that the nutrition students wanted answers for, during their educational tour to Greece. We visited remote farms, talked with chefs, learned about olive oil, visited wineries and swam in crystal clear waters. All students agreed that study tours that offer experiential knowledge while getting to know different cultures, are the most rewarding learning methods.
